Requirements: 

• No restaurant experience required, but preferred

• 3-5 years experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment

• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends regularly
